Allegiant Stadium Opens as a Vote Center Again on Tuesday — in 2024 It Was the Busiest Polling Place in Nevada
Clark County voters can cast a ballot inside the Raiders' stadium on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3. The stadium debuted as a vote center in 2024 and drew more than 4,200 voters — the most of any vote center in the state — and a study found 35 percent of them were voting for the first time.

The most popular polling place in Nevada is a football stadium. Allegiant Stadium will serve as a Clark County vote center on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, the county has announced — any registered Clark County voter may vote there or drop off a mail ballot, as at every vote center, with polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters who cast a ballot at the stadium receive a limited-edition 'I Voted at Allegiant Stadium' sticker.
The stadium earned the assignment. It debuted as a polling site in the 2024 general election and more than 4,200 people voted there that day, making it the state's busiest vote center. A study by researchers at Harvard Kennedy School's Ash Center and the University of Maryland found the crowd skewed new: 35 percent of stadium voters cast a ballot for the first time, compared with 20 percent at other Clark County locations, and more than half were 18 to 39. Registrar of Voters Lorena Portillo, in the county's announcement, said the stadium was the most popular vote center in Clark County in the last general election and that the department's goal is to ensure every voter has access to the polls.
The stadium is one of more than 100 vote centers open Tuesday, all of them open to any Clark County voter and all of them accepting mail-ballot drop-offs until 7 p.m. But it is the only one that doubles as a destination — a place the county and Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar are openly framing as a communal, engaging way to vote, in the hope that a familiar landmark pulls in voters who might otherwise sit the midterm out. Tuesday will show whether 2024's first-timers come back.
