Raiders at the Jets on Sunday: Jack Bech Activated, and Ashton Jeanty Gets a Run-Game Opening
Las Vegas (3-4) tries to end a four-game losing streak Sunday at MetLife Stadium (10 a.m. PT, FOX) with receiver Jack Bech back from injured reserve and a Jets defensive front missing three players.

The Las Vegas Raiders activated wide receiver Jack Bech from injured reserve on Saturday, Oct. 31, ahead of Sunday's Week 8 game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium, according to reporting read this run. Bech, a 2025 second-round pick, broke his forearm in Week 3 against New Orleans, went on injured reserve Sept. 29, and had recorded five receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown in three games before the injury.
The matchup in the trenches favors a Las Vegas ground game that has struggled. The Jets' final injury report ruled out defensive lineman T'Vondre Sweat (knee), edge Joseph Ossai (ankle) and offensive lineman Max Mitchell (concussion), listed edge David Bailey (groin) as doubtful, and carried running back Breece Hall (quad) and guard Dylan Parham (knee) as questionable. Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty enters with 328 rushing yards on 106 attempts and one touchdown through seven games, and a functional run game would ease the load on quarterback Kirk Cousins, who has thrown for 1,877 yards, 16 touchdowns and five interceptions.
Las Vegas is 3-4 after opening 3-0 and losing four straight; New York is 2-5. The Raiders' own list carries defensive end Patrick Johnson (neck) out — he moved to injured reserve in the Bech transaction — and right guard Jackson Powers-Johnson (back) questionable. Kickoff is Sunday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT) on FOX, with Chris Myers and Jonathan Vilma on the broadcast, per the Jets' game preview.
