Las Vegas Weather: 54.8 on Monday Morning — 70.8 Today, 67.7 on Election Day, and Now Zero Rain in the Whole Week
The last number fell overnight. Las Vegas starts Monday at 54.8 degrees under a clear sky, tops out at 70.8 with no rain, and Election Day runs dry at 67.7 after the week's coldest start, 48.4. Sunday's rain chance — the week's only one, at 1 percent — is gone: the full seven-day feed now reads zero.

Monday opens the way the whole week now promises to go. The station's live feed read 54.8 degrees with a feels-like of 48.1 in the early hours, under a clear code, on the way to a high of 70.8 and a low of 50.8 with a rain chance of 0 percent. The change from the overnight feed is small but complete: Sunday, which carried the forecast's only rain chance at 1 percent a cycle ago, now reads 0 percent too. After the wettest stretch of the fall, the week of the election carries no rain chance on any day.
Election Day is the week's jacket morning and nothing worse. Tuesday starts at 48.4 degrees — the coldest low in the seven-day feed, timed for the 7 a.m. opening of Clark County's vote centers — and climbs to a dry 67.7, again at 0 percent. Voters in line at open or at the 7 p.m. close meet cool, calm air and nothing falling on it; the wind that stopped flights on Sunday does not appear anywhere in the week's numbers.
From there the pattern barely breathes: Wednesday 70.1 under the week's clearest code, Thursday 68.0, Friday 74.5, Saturday 73.6 and Sunday 74.5, overnight lows settling into the low 60s from midweek on. Every day reads 0 percent. Las Vegas gets its driest, steadiest week of the season exactly when the valley needs to move — to the polls Tuesday, back to work Monday, and nowhere near an umbrella in between.
