Monday Night Football Final: Bears Beat the Seahawks 34-17 — Swift Scores Three Times as Chicago Closes Out Week 8
The final from Lumen Field: Chicago led wire to wire, survived Seattle's fourth-quarter cut to 20-17, and answered with two D'Andre Swift touchdowns to win 34-17 and improve to 6-2.

The Chicago Bears beat the Seattle Seahawks 34-17 on Monday Night Football at Lumen Field, closing the NFL's Week 8 with a statement road win over the defending champions. Chicago never trailed: the Bears led 7-0 after one quarter and 13-9 at halftime, and after a scoreless Seattle third quarter they put the game away with 14 fourth-quarter points.
Caleb Williams finished 24-of-34 for 247 yards and a touchdown — the 1-yard first-quarter strike to Luther Burden III that capped the 17-play opening drive filed at halftime — and D'Andre Swift scored three touchdowns. Seattle's Sam Darnold went 17-of-34 for 188 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, and for a moment in the fourth quarter the comeback was real: Darnold found Cooper Kupp for a touchdown and Tory Horton for the two-point conversion to cut Chicago's lead to 20-17 with 11:46 left.
Chicago's answer took five plays. Kalif Raymond broke a 39-yard run on third-and-9, Swift finished the drive, and after Darnold's late desperation throw was intercepted and returned to the Seattle six, Swift scored once more to make it 34-17. Chicago improves to 6-2 and hosts Tampa Bay next; Seattle falls to 4-4 and hosts Arizona. Monday's halftime file (SQ-20261102-067) now has its final.
